Hi, I'm Michele Lenhart and I have had many years of experience acting as an agent for buyers or for sellers, helping them accomplish their goals of buying or selling their home. I have come to feel relaxed in my role in helping a first time buyer to understand the process of purchasing their first home and what a commitment this is as an investment into their future.
On the other end of the spectrum, I have continued my education and acquired my SRES designation which is Senior Real Estate Specialist. As more of my friends and myself have raised our families and are now ready to downsize or move to a new location, I have first hand experience in going through that process.
I have two sons that are now of the age that they have moved out of the home and are finding their own path in this world. I am an empty nester! but very active in community projects. I have been a lifelong resident of the Fleetwood Area and am very familiar with the area of Northern Berks County. I would be happy to share information with you regarding our beautiful area - country living with easy access to many major highways.
Find Your Next Home in Berks County
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.
Sell a Home in Berks County
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
