Hi, I'm Michele Lenhart and I have had many years of experience acting as an agent for buyers or for sellers, helping them accomplish their goals of buying or selling their home. I have come to feel relaxed in my role in helping a first time buyer to understand the process of purchasing their first home and what a commitment this is as an investment into their future.
On the other end of the spectrum, I have continued my education and acquired my SRES designation which is Senior Real Estate Specialist. As more of my friends and myself have raised our families and are now ready to downsize or move to a new location, I have first hand experience in going through that process.
I have two sons that are now of the age that they have moved out of the home and are finding their own path in this world. I am an empty nester! but very active in community projects. I have been a lifelong resident of the Fleetwood Area and am very familiar with the area of Northern Berks County.
